Northfleet Technology College is committed to a technological culture. This means that we will:

- Enable all students to achieve excellence in Mathematics, Science and Technology regardless of their social status, ethnic background or level of Additional Educational Need

- Ensure that students are both motivated and challenged, encouraging interest and allowing them to see the relevance of continuing their education

- Provide opportunities to study vocational courses, including Engineering, giving a greater choice of opportunity to bring out individual aptitudes, abilities and preferences

- Extend and support our interaction with our family of local schools to develop a learning community and act as a centre of technological excellence within the Gravesham Excellence Cluster partnership

- Develop the use of ICT as a tool for learning for students within the school and for members of our wider community

- Embrace change by developing the innovative use of teaching and learning methods, resources and management strategies
